I've had this idea floating around in my head since I spent the night at Laura's
Optimus / Ratchet / after midnight (Movieverse)
After Midnight

The moon was bright, almost blindingly so as it hung in a perfect circle in the night sky directly above Optimus Prime. He let out a slow, long cleansing sigh as his gaze tilted upwards. Somewhere out there must be more Autobots. There just had to be! Suddenly careful footfalls behind Optimus alerted him of another presence and right away he knew just who was behind him.
"Would you mind a little company, Optimus?" Ratchet asked. Optimus turned slightly, a smile tugging at the corner of his lips, as he replied, "Not at all, my old friend." So they sat together, underneath the moon with its brilliant light bathing them both. Ratchet's hand sought out Optimus's and their fingers touched, and then moved to intertwine gently.
It was hard to keep up appearances though mostly their little crew knew about their relationship already. But Optimus was their leader and he wasn't supposed to be falling for one of his subordinates, although it couldn't be helped. In this case if anyone knew at all they didn't care because no one objected about it.
Everything was light and careful, delicate but loving as touches moved from beyond their hands to chassis, arms, legs, faces, and hips. Quiet moans of appreciation spilled forth from their vocalizer as lips touched and those touches increased, driving them further on to overload.
After midnight was the time Optimus would treat Ratchet as more than a subordinate or friend. It was the time that he kissed and touched that wonderful medic, whispered how much he loved him then overloaded with Ratchet's name all over his lips. It was the only time he was allowed to love so freely.

^^ This was a nice oneshot. This pairing is really rare, although probably the most canon in most universes.
If you want to make more TFA fics, why not with OP and Ratchet again? They seem rather close.
