Mother's Daaaaay 8D Well since my good friend, Yodana, wrote this cute drabble for Mother's Day I decided to do one of my own >w<

So first things first; Freefall is 7 and Nightflash is 3 (in human years of course). And just in case you guys haven't read Yodana's drabble Skywarp birthed Freefall, so 'Warp is like his mother, whereas Blurr had Nightflash, so Blurr is like a mother to him. Ya hope that makes sense XD

Anyway! On with it~!

Treats for a Mother

It was the day before Mother's Day and Freefall and Nightflash were having a hard time thinking of ways they could show their appreciation to their respective mother's.

"W-What about dhose c-candy fhings dat y-you like, Fweefall?" Nightflash asked. Freefall blinked as he processed the question then quickly sprung to his feet. A huge smile graced his white face as he exclaimed, "That's it, 'Flash! I know mom and dad LOVE those yummy truffles!"

Nightflash giggled, happy to help his older brother. The blue seeker tapped his chin in thought as he murmured, "But we don't know how to make those...I wonder if anyone here knows how."

"We c-cwould ask U-Unca Jazz." The violet mech chirped helpfully. Freefall hugged his little brother and kissed his head as he exclaimed, "You're a genius, 'Flash! C'mon lets go ask Uncle Jazz now." He helped Nightflash up as the two of them walked to Jazz's private quarters. Freefall knocked politely and once Jazz's voice greeted them cheerfully they stepped inside.

"H-Hi Unca Jazz." Nightflash stammered cutely. The black and white cyber-ninja smiled affectionately at the two younger mechs then replied, "Hey ya two!" Freefall grinned up at their uncle and said, "Uncle Jazz, we were wondering if you'd help us make some candy for our parents."

"Ooh, I'd love ta help ya two out. It's been a while since I cooked." Jazz said with a friendly wink. Freefall and Nightflash cheered happily as Jazz led them out and to the kitchen. The elder mech pulled out a datapad and began to scroll through it with a stylus.

"So, what kinda candy do ya wanna make for yer folks?" He asked.

"I wanna make some truffles for my mom." Freefall said with a smile. Nightflash clung to his brother as he replied, "C-Can I make some c-cookies for dem, Unca Jazz?" The black and white bot gently pet Nightflash's head as he said, "'O course ya can~" The purple mech smiled and giggled, nuzzling into the larger hand.

Jazz grinned then drew away as he began to get out ingredients for their treats. They started with making Nightflash's cookies first since those would have to bake. Jazz pulled up two foot stools so the sparklings could help as well. Nightflash helped Jazz stir the powered energon around with a huge metal spoon, accidently sending some of it flying out occasionally.

They giggled and laughed when Nightflash's face got covered in pink powder. When the cookie batter was done Freefall and Nightflash took turns licking the spoon, as they watched Jazz drop perfectly rounded dollops onto the cookie sheet. He popped them in the oven, set the timer, and started to get to work on Freefall's truffles.

The truffles were pretty simple to make and more than once the two younger mechs got distracted with licking the sweet oil filling off of their fingers. Jazz set aside the unfinished truffles and pulled out the fresh batch of cookies. As they cooled, Freefall once again dipped his finger into the sweet oil mixture.

"Uncle Jazz this is so good! You should try some!" The mini seeker exclaimed as he licked his little fingers clean. Jazz chuckled and dipped his own finger into the mixture, sighing contentedly as sweetness exploded across his glossa.

"Mmmmm...Very good! Once the wax is melted ya two can help me shape ‘em~" The black and white mech said with a smile.

"Yay! Oh and Uncle Jazz you gots something on your nose!" Freefall exclaimed with a laugh. Jazz looked down at his nose and spotted the smear of pink on it. Nightflash giggled like crazy as he pointed to Jazz's nose and said, "Unca Jazz is messy like us, Fweefall." The cyber-ninja grinned and rubbed the power off his nose then licked it off his finger.

"Heh, guess I am." He replied. They then turned their attention back to the truffles which still needed their wax coating. Jazz instructed Freefall and Nightflash on how to roll the solid filling in their hands until it was a ball shape then dip it carefully into the wax and place it on a cooling rack.

By the time they were done, the sparklings were covered in pink. They hid all the goodies so Skywarp and Blurr wouldn't stumble upon them and spoil the surprise. Jazz then took Freefall and Nightflash for a much needed bath.

The morning of Mother's Day found Skywarp and Blurr curled up peacefully in their berth. Suddenly the door began to slowly inch open and a little blue head popped in. Freefall looked around the room and smiled when he saw their parents were asleep.

"C'mon, bro. Now’s the perfect time." The mini seeker whispered as he motioned for his younger brother to follow him inside. They tip toed into the room and carefully climbed up onto the berth, with Freefall helping his little brother up of course.

The two sparklings sat quietly, waiting for their parents to wake up as eager little grins spread across their faces. Skywarp suddenly twitched then blinked his crimson optics open, yawning quietly. He sat up and gasped in surprise when he found Freefall and Nightflash sitting in front of him.

"Happy Mother's Day mom!" Freefall cried, unable to contain his excitement any longer. He launched himself at his mother and hugged the purple seeker tightly, nuzzling his face against the glass of Skywarp's cockpit.

"O-Oh! Good morning t-to you too, Freefall~" Skywarp said with a cheerful giggle. A soft groan came from Blurr as he sat up slowly, rubbing at his sleep heavy optics. Nightflash crawled up and nuzzled his respective mother, purring like a happy kitten.

"M-Mowning mama~! H-Happy Moder’s D-Day!" The youngest mech said with a small beaming smile. Blurr chuckled fondly and stroked Nightflash's horn gently, kissing his sparkling's forehead.

"Goodmorning,sweetspark." He replied with a warm smile. Freefall looked back up at Skywarp and exclaimed, "Oh we made yous some goodies!" The mini sapphire seeker dug into his subspace pocket and pulled out a lilac satin bag then placed it into Skywarp's hands.

"A-And here's mine m-mama." Nightflash said as he placed a sky blue satin bag into Blurr's outstretched hands. Their parents opened the bags and their faces immediately lit up with bright smiles.

"O-Oh Freefall! You made m-me my favorite kind o-of truffles! Thank y-you so much, sweetspark~" The violet seeker exclaimed happily. He popped one of the truffles into his mouth and shuttered his optics in bliss. Freefall beamed up at his mother with pride and was glad to know that Skywarp liked the candy he had made for him.

Blurr had also tasted one of the cookies Nightflash made for him and licked his lips in satisfaction. He hugged the smaller bot close to him and said, "Thesearesodelicious,Nightflash. Thankyousomuchforthiswonderfulgift." Nightflash tittered softly and pressed a soft, childish kiss to his mother's cheek.

"I jus wanted to show yous how much I wuv you, mama~" Was the sweet reply. Blurr smiled and kissed Nightflash's head again then turned his attention to Skywarp.

"Speakingofgifts...Ihaveoneforyouaswell,love~" The blue racer said with the hint of a seductive, but loving smile. Skywarp flushed at the sight of that smile and asked, "O-Oh? What is t-this gift?" Blurr leaned close to his bonded and whispered into his audio, "You...and...I~ Awholedaydedicatedtojustpamperingyouandgivingyouthebestbathandmassageofyourlife."

Skywarp shivered at the thought and smiled fondly. He brushed a few fingers against Blurr's cheek and replied, "I-I have something f-for you too~" The purple seeker pressed a tender kiss to Blurr's mouth then got out of the berth as he warped to the kitchen and back. In his hands were too cubes of energon and he set them down before pulling out two more then handed those to their sparklings.

Blurr picked up his cube and sipped it. Delicious sweetness erupted in his mouth and it took all he had not to moan aloud. The slight buzz in his processor also alerted him of the fact that it was high grade, very sugary high grade. Skywarp sat next to him and pulled something else out of his subspace.

“T-This is for you, l-love.” The purple seeker said. A single flower held timidly between those black claws as Skywarp gazed at him with adoring scarlet optics. It wasn't any ordinary Earth flower either, in fact it was Cybertronian...a very RARE Cybertronian flower.

It was both metal and crystal based, with swirls of white, greenish-blue, and lavender color all over the petals. Blurr gasped in surprise and was a little embarrassed when tears of absolute happiness and gratitude sprang to his optics. He didn't know which was more beautiful...the flower or Skywarp?

The purple seeker smiled gently at him and Blurr thought, 'DefinatelySkywarp.' He reached out and took the flower from his lover then asked, "Howdidyou—? Imeanwhendidyou—?" Skywarp giggled then pressed a kiss to Blurr's lips and whispered against them, "I-I know a bot~" The blue speedster chuckled and kissed back then drew away as the four of them curled up and enjoyed the rest of their blissful day.
